Announcing... Racing for Results!

It’s time to launch our latest product! Come join our first public demo!
Racing for Results is our newest, immersive workshop, which teaches about difficulties caused by the gap between regional strategies and local execution. If you’ve ever been on a sales, marketing, go-to-market, or strategy team, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
Of course, no workshop at Teamwork Unlocked exists without something immersive and unexpected, so this time we’re using… real-time horse racing.
Yup, we’ll split up to 90 participants across a maximum of 10 different tables, and have them bet on a horse race as it unfolds in front of them. The favorite of the race is most likely to win, but has the lowest payout (representing a tried-and-true legacy product). The niche products that might cash-in huge or fail miserably are represented by the underdog horses.
The bugles sound, the pistol fires….AND THEY’RE OFF!
Participants can put their poker chips down on their favorites immediately, or wait until they see how the race unfolds. Wait too long, and someone else takes the opportunity. Sound like time-to-market, anyone?
Between races, players get to discuss with their team how to strategize, developing a regional strategy. But then they must execute the strategy independently at their own tables, where markets can shift unexpectedly.
With more surprises, like horse sponsorship and competitive advantages, this workshop is perfect for sales kick offs and regional strategy offsites.
Experience our first public demo of Racing for Results, along with trying out our award-winning Submerged escape room workshop at our next demo event in Singapore on April 16th at 4pm. Registration here.
