Escape Room Learning Experiences
Our flagship immersive learning experience. This half day program allows participants to engage in one of our learning modules enhanced by our custom escape room experiences. Our escape rooms are broken into multiple stages with briefing sessions held before and after each stage to allow teams to discover insights, reflect, and implement learnings immediately throughout the session.

Working as an Effective Team
In this learning experience, we focus on the elements of an effective team.
Teams find themselves in a malfunctioning submarine sinking to the bottom of the ocean and must work together to restore the sub and return to the surface.
We use our proprietary "8 Roles of Effective Teams" framework to explore the elements of successful teams and observe areas of opportunity for teams to break down barriers inhibiting their progress.
Ideal for newly formed management teams and teams that face challenges with psychological safety or have trouble working together.
Abducted
Enhancing Communications
When teams are divided or tasks are unclear, it is essential to bridge communication gaps and express ourselves succinctly and effectively to succeed.
Teams have been abducted by hostile aliens and whisked away on a spacecraft. With limited ability to communicate with each other, participants must reunite and find a way to escape.
Designed to support management teams that are facing challenges in communication, this program pushes teams to discover multiple methods of communication with clarity and purpose.

Amplifying Collaboration
In today's corporate world, teams often find themselves working remotely or across geographies. Staying in close coordination with each other to accomplish complicated tasks has never been as challenging.
Participants have been marooned on a deserted island for weeks, hoping rescue would come. With no help in sight, now is the time to work together to find a way home.
This module focuses on participants exploring a variety of ways to collaborate and find mutual success.
