It would be easy for me to say, “We do team development differently,” or, “Leadership development with a spin.” But the truth is - that’s not really it. What we do is different. At Teamwork Unlocked, we aren’t just talking about change. We’re builders ourselves, and we build a testing ground for how people REALLY behave under pressure. That’s what makes our approach to leadership training and escape room training stand out.
Everyone has a strong idea about how they appear at work. Some are lucky enough to receive 360 feedback, but it’s rarely brutally honest. Most of the time it’s sugar-coated to avoid conflict and protect egos. In our leadership escape room training workshops in Singapore, the masks come off.
