What We Do is Different

There’s a funny expression you hear sometimes in pro wrestling commentary: “Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face.”

It would be easy for me to say, “We do team development differently,” or, “Leadership development with a spin.” But the truth is - that’s not really it. What we do is different. At Teamwork Unlocked, we aren’t just talking about change. We’re builders ourselves, and we build a testing ground for how people REALLY behave under pressure. That’s what makes our approach to leadership training and escape room training stand out.

Everyone has a strong idea about how they appear at work. Some are lucky enough to receive 360 feedback, but it’s rarely brutally honest. Most of the time it’s sugar-coated to avoid conflict and protect egos. In our leadership escape room training workshops in Singapore, the masks come off. We see people’s true selves emerge under pressure, and the lessons are unavoidable.

We’ve seen leaders’ habits to micromanage surface in real time. We’ve seen the quietest person suddenly become the guiding presence in the room.
