Eliminated Workshop

I never predicted Nerf guns to become a regular part of my career, but our newest product is doing just that.
The last week of October, we ran a week-long pop-up event at Google and almost 40 teams enjoyed our latest immersive learning experience, Eliminated.
Unlike our escape room workshop, Eliminated is a portable product that we can set up in a variety of spaces, including client offices. It can also handle larger groups 10-30 people will work just fine, maybe even 40.
Eliminated is a Survival Game experience in which players win by eliminating all of the other teams, or by having the highest points when time runs out.
Early in the game, player find puzzles and solve them to score points, but part-way through the game, player elimination takes hold. Players discover red buttons that can be pressed to eliminate other teams. Which team gets eliminated? Well, each team is tied to a secret symbol. Players can risk self-elimination by just pushing the button, or they can solve more puzzles to identify the symbols of each team, hoping to find their own symbol and keep that button safe.
The Nerf guns? Well, of course we shoot the eliminated teams with them for a dramatic (and comedic) highlight.
As for the learning part? Tom and I don’t want to reveal that here, but we need your help. Eliminated runs great as a “pure fun” experience, but we’d prefer if people learn from it. For that, we need to test our concept.
That’s why we’re giving away a free Eliminated workshop to one of my Singapore based LinkedIn followers.
If you have a team of 10-30, message us with “Eliminate Me!”, and we’ll put you in a random drawing to playtest our workshop with us. We’d love your feedback, and hope you have fun.
