Keynotes with Teamwork Unlocked

I’m a storyteller at heart, so it was my pleasure to give a keynote speech recently at Versuni’s 2025 APAC Learning Summit.

One thing I’ve really missed in the last several years of my career is public speaking gigs. During most of my career at AMD, I often was on stage at multiple internal and external conferences, sharing roadmaps and discussing the latest innovations in the semiconductor industry.

My role at Google was primarily internal and partner-facing. I filled the void by facilitating many internal courses and emceeing Google events like Googleween, various off-sites, and parties throughout the year.

Nothing replaces the rush of speaking in front of an audience you are meeting for the first time. Will my jokes land? Do my stories resonate? Is what I have to share and say even relevant?

I’ve never feared the stage or the spotlight, my passion for acting when I was younger made me more comfortable on the stage. If anything, the problem is controlling the adrenaline rush once I start speaking. Once I’m done, I always feel like public speaking is something I was meant to do.

Thank you to Jie Min Leong and the Versuni team for inviting me to share some of my stories. It was nice to be “back in the saddle” doing one of the things I love best.

At Teamwork Unlocked, we design immersive workshops that turn storytelling, pressure, and play into powerful leadership lessons. If you’re looking for a keynote or team experience that gets people thinking and laughing, let’s connect.
