My posts are long-winded but authentic. I don’t write with AI because it doesn’t sound like me. I also don’t really like how AI SPEAKS to me, as it rarely knows how to communicate with me in a way I like to be spoken to. So it got me thinking, what if I had an AI Twin that really knew how to work with me in the way I like?

Well, Tom and I are eager to showcase something new we’ve been working on with Martin Gents and his outstanding team at UseKase: a special AI enhanced version of our acclaimed Submerged Escape Room workshop.

Companies already know they need to adopt AI, and together, we’re going to help you do it in a way that truly speaks to you.

One of the most important things a company needs to adopt AI is the right mindset, and an effective team to implement solutions. At Teamwork Unlocked, we excel at identifying how a team works together, and where their challenges are through our 9 Key Profiles of Effective Teams framework. Typically, at the end of our workshop, we provide access to a micro-coaching app to help land change.

This is where UseKase comes in. We’re working together to develop more than a coaching app, we’re developing an AI Twin customized to the profile that each participant exhibits during our workshop. Participants will upskill in AI with an AI companion trained on their preferences, strengths, weaknesses, and areas they can best support their team, as uncovered during our workshop. This is the kind of thing I’d personally love to work with!

When people need a nudge or a digital advisor to help them solve a sticky issue at work, what better way to do so than with an AI Twin developed through a workshop with us?

Next week on November 24th, Teamwork Unlocked is sponsoring the 2025 AmCham Human Capital Conference Taming the Algorithm: Staying Ahead in the Age of AI. We hope to see you at the conference and share more details with you!
